I just moved from a Canon 5d mk II (used mostly with DPP and sometimes CS5.5) to a Sony A7R and Capture One Pro. I am still Learning but so far, I am really impressed with COP1 capabilities. Regarding lens correction, I had the same questions as I can see some Sony lenses on A-mount listed but no E mount like my 24-70 or 70-200. But, switching quickly between some images after just an import, I have seen some quick correction happening, especially on the long and wide end of the 24-70 with pretty notorious distorsion (like my Canon 24-105L). And indeed, I am now SURE that COP1 is correcting this lens. If you put the distorsion slider to 0%, you can see the image not corrected.
The distorsion at both end of the zoom is quite significant but once imported in COP1, it is perfectly corrected. I can be easily seen with architecture shot at both end where the line are straights which is absolutaly not the case without correction. So YES, COP1 correct the FE lenses, at least for sure the 24-70.

After calibration is done is very low De. Capture One and Adobe ACR and LR are similar in charactisteric of green/cyan tinge on most of blue skies when open as a default setting. You will need to adjust white balance to get it right for blue skies to neutral blue.
My visual before taking picture I never seen skies green or cyan before so its the raw software is at fault so using wb setting will fix that. I take RAW+JPG. So i can compare side to side, JPG does have less green/cyan tinge than RAW has though so thats typical to me.
